Alea® S.r.l. with Sole Shareholder, headquartered in Viale Lino Zanussi, 11 – 33170, Pordenone, acting as Data Controller (hereinafter referred to as “Controller”), releases the following Agreement to the Data Subject in compliance with European and Italian data protection regulations.
The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). The Data Subject can contact the DPO by writing to the following address: dpo@aleasrl.com.
Purpose and legal basis of processing
The Controller processes the Supplier’s personal data for the implementation of pre-contractual measures, to comply with contractual and regulatory obligations related to the business relationship, as well as to pursue the legitimate interest in carrying out qualification and/or monitoring processes in respect of the Supplier, to manage any litigation and to generally manage the business relationship properly.
The legal basis of the processing is the pursuit of the above purposes.
Data Retention Period
The Controller will process the personal data of the Supplier for the entire duration of the business relationship and, thereafter, to fulfill any obligations connected with or arising from the establishment of the relationship for the period prescribed by law and according to the statute of limitations of the rights arising from the business relationship, without prejudice to further retention for the time necessary to the settlement (regardless of the outcome) of any disputes that may have arisen.
Provision of data and consequences of refusal
The provision of data is necessary and failure to provide personal data in whole or in part may result in the inability of the Controller to pursue the above objectives.
Categories of recipients
The Controller will not disclose personal data, but intends to communicate it to authorized persons within its organization, as well as to credit institutions or service providers and to public and private entities, also following inspections and audits.
Should the recipients process data on behalf of the Controller, they will be appointed as data processors by a contract or other legal act.
Transfer of personal data to third countries and/or international organizations
Personal data may be transferred to third parties located outside the European Economic Area that provide services related to the processing carried out by the Controller and described in this Privacy Notice, or to which the transfer of data is necessary within the scope of the ongoing relationship with the Data Subject. Such transfer, if the case arises and depending on the recipients, will be regulated either by using standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission pursuant to Decision 2021/914 of 4 June 2021 and any subsequent amendments,or alternatively, on the basis of an adequacy decision by the Commission and/or any other instrument permitted by the legislation. Where applicable, the transfer will be based on the conditions set forth in Article 49 of the GDPR as provided therein.

Rights of the Data Subject
The Data Subject shall have the right to contact the Controller to request access to its personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure or restriction of the processing if the necessary conditions are met, as well as obtain data portability personally provided only if subject to automated processing based on consent or contract.
The Data Subject shall also have the right to revoke the consent at any time, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given before the revocation.

Should information be requested, the Company will hold and use the Data only as long as it is necessary to answer your enquiry or send the requested material. Should a quote be requested, the Company will hold and use the Data as long as double the time before the quote expires. In case of legal dispute, the Data Retention Period may be extended until the dispute is resolved.
Should the Data Subject become a client of the Controller, data will be processed for the duration of the business relationship and, thereafter, to fulfill any obligations connected with or arising from the establishment of the relationship for the period prescribed by law and according to the statute of limitations of the rights arising from the business relationship, without prejudice to further store data for the time necessary to the settlement of any disputes that may have arisen.
